Our Mission
Every great solution starts with a problem. Kru was founded with a clear mission: eliminate the headaches of property maintenance for Canadian property managers and rental owners, coast to coast.
We saw the same thing everywhere we looked: PMs and rental owners drowning in group chats, voicemails, and contractor follow-ups. Tenants waiting days for someone to confirm a ticket. Contractors flooded with messages with no clean approval flow. The work itself was fine — the coordination was broken. So we built the coordination layer.
