After receiving the ticket, the property owner/manager can request a repair quote from either KRU’s vetted contractor list or use their own contractor.
Ping! The contractor will receive an alert that there’s a job nearby that matches their trade. They’ll review the job and provide a quote for a repair within 24 hours.
Next, it’s time to review and approve the quote, and schedule the repair. The tenant is automatically notified when the job is scheduled.
